Last Updated: Feb 04, 2016 02:58PM GST

MLS is a way for you to search for a specific property within a large community of Agencies who all have shared their listings. MLS has listings from Masterkey, Airlist and many other CRM providers in the market. That's why we call it the first Open MLS.

There are number of filters which can be used to search for the properties in MLS.

Search Criteria

The main Search criteria includes:
  • By Location
  • Building Name
  • or Reference Number
Further trimming can be done by selecting:
  • Listing Type
  • Number of Beds
  • Price

Filters

You can use Filters to pin-point the exact unit as per your requirements. The list of filters on MLS includes:

  • Company
  • Property Type
  • City
  • Community
  • Sub Community
  • Building
  • Beds
  • Rent Price
  • Sale Price

  • Amenities

  • Once you have selected the required filters, and have found the required unit, you can preview it by simply clicking on the Unit’s description

  • You can send it to your customer by simply clicking on the “Send to client” or you can view more details of the unit by clicking “View Details”
